my final photo shoot idea

i have chosen my locations were i am going to take the photographs of the band decode. i have chosen a studio, i have chosen this because its a typical location for bands to be when just finishing a band. it gives a more natural feel to it that having every photo posed at the camera. i have chosen a plain background, so the photos are focused just on the artist. the last location is outside against a brick wall, this was inspired by a NME magazine were there photos background is a brick wall. it will give a ruff more grity feel to it. costume i want i natural feel instead of looking smart amore realistic everyday rock star cloths. i am going to show them in everyday rock stars cloths so it feels real shows them as casual people because this is much more typical in rock magazines. using a brick wall will be much more pratical to get the best shots because there are a number of places i can use. i will also use a music studio this will give a great impression of a rock band

NME studio picture

this image of a band called my chemical romance they have a picture of them in the studio. this photo have inspired me how i should take my photos like when in the studio. i really like this page a its layout. i like how under the picture in big bold black text as the title.

NME

this is the magazine NME i have been inspired by this photo and other use of text and layout how i want my magazine. i like how the name is bright red it stands out, it very bold and has become a logo of the magazine, i also like who the picture has been taken just from this one picture it gives the impression of serious, bad attitude band.

this is my mock up drawing of my magazine. i have draw fonts like the ones i want. the main feature artist is "decode" i have drawn how i would like the picture to be. i have added the shockwave slogan "music just got better" im pleased with the mock up magazine i have been inspired by other magazines such as NME to give me new ideas

this is my mock up for content page, i have drawn it up how i would properly create it if we did it on the p.c.. like this design because of the title and the layout. i didn't want to make it too close up, so i am very happy with the mock up

mood board

this is my mood board i have chosen many different ideas from 

magazines. i have chose things such as titles, images etc. these are all the things i find interesting and have inspired me in how i am going to create my magazine. i like the bold colours because they stand out such as the yellow and pink, and draw the attention to amore younger teen audience. i like these images because they are all in a pose this gives it a interesting  quality to it.
